These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in all programs, courses, workshops, intuitive coaching sessions, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Amber Elliott Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

We provide educational and intuitive coaching experiences designed to help individuals develop financial mastery, mindset transformation, intuition, and personal empowerment. These Terms apply to all Services offered by the Company, including but not limited to online courses, group coaching programs, live workshops, and private coaching. Each Service may include additional terms specific to that offer. Offer-specific terms, including payment schedules, refund policies, and access conditions, are outlined at the point of purchase and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan or third-party financing option is offered and selected. This may include providers such as Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, or similar services.

By choosing a payment plan, you authorize the Company and/or the third-party provider to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party payment provider, and the Company is not responsible for approval, processing, or disputes with third-party services.

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer’s specific terms. Because our products include immediate access to digital materials, refunds are generally not available once access is granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. If a payment fails, you will be notified to update your payment method. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, recordings, frameworks, and written materials, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or sell any materials from the Services without written permission

4. Confidentiality

We value your trust and will keep any private information you share confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. If you participate in a group or community experience, you agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants. Sharing another participant’s private details, stories, or experiences outside the program is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

Our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, health, investment, or tax advice. You understand that your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and implementation of the material provided. The Company makes no guarantees or representations regarding specific results or outcomes. You acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results you take based on the information provided through the Services. Results are not guaranteed. 6. Access & Delivery

Access to digital programs and materials will be delivered via email or an online platform such as Kajabi. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and correct contact information. Access may be revoked at the Company’s discretion for violation of these Terms, community guidelines, or misuse of materials.

7. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We regularly update our offerings and information. While we strive for accuracy, there may be errors or delays in our content and pricing. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes without notice.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its employees, its contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service.
 
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or use of the Services.
 
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal discussion before pursuing mediation or small claims court.
 
11. Updates to Terms
The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
 
Offer-Specific Addendums
A. Financial Mastery
An 8-week online program including pre-recorded modules, three live group coaching calls, and optional VIP private coaching sessions. Participants receive lifetime access to the pre-recorded materials unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not available as full access to digital materials is provided. Group and private sessions are recorded for participant benefit and may be shared within the group platform only.
 
B. Kiss Hustle Culture Goodbye
A 3-day live workshop designed to help participants break free from burnout, reconnect to self-worth, and take aligned, soul-led action. Recordings are provided after the live sessions for lifetime access. Refunds are not available due to the nature of this product. To qualify for any promotional bonuses (such as the 1:1 coaching giveaway), participants must attend all three sessions live and stay the entire time.
